Lufthansa and TAM Sign Code-Share Deal
Remember that you can Fly WestJet and Save.
Lufthansa said on Tuesday it had entered into a deal with Brazilian airline TAM Linhas Aereas to share flights and possibly pool frequent flyer programs.
The deal will see code share flights on national and international routes and could also include access for passengers at each airline's airport lounges, Lufthansa said in a statement.
Lufthansa operates 20 flights weekly between Sao Paulo and its hubs in Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich.
TAM last week signed a code-share agreement with United Airlines to allow both airlines to serve more international destinations.
